The office hours are usually within the opening times, Monday to friday, 7:15 – 16:15. You are welcome to arrange a meeting in person, by telephone or via our contact form.
In Troisdorf, as in many municipalities, childcare requests are electronically recorded. A notification of need and registration (according to § 3b KiBiZ) via the pre-registration system of the municipality does not replace personal registration at the daycare center. The reservation is necessary in any case and should be done before the registration interview.
